* Importing a downloaded file more than once will create duplicate entries. This can be difficult to clean up. Try to find an Outlook addon that will monitor web-based ics files, keep track of changes, and automatically update them. To try this simply use the url of the Download link above with their system.
IMPORTANT: The following instructions are for importing the downloadable .ics file for Outlook 2003 or earlier:
1) Save the .ics file
2) Open Outlook
3) Click File -> Import and Export
4) Select 'Import an iCalendar or vCalendar file (.ics)' and click 'Next'
5) Select the file that was downloaded (ex: event_6-2007.ics) and click 'Ok'
